I'm proudly anti-fast fashion, and I believe it's time to be be more conscious of how we shop.

As an industry, fast fashion is responsible for astronomical carbon emissions, waste water and landfill waste - second only to oil as the world's largest polluter.

As a member of the Global Planet Authority, I'm heavily focused on ethical production and consumption on a global scale.

We need a specialist authority to care for and monitor the planet: the GPA will sit above all national governments and will have sufficient regulatory power to maintain the health of the biosphere for the ultra long term.

It is crucial that we all work together to imagine and create a sustainable future within the fashion and retail industries.

We can create and support profitable businesses that respect our world, build trust and embody both creativity and innovation.
